New premises, new products and new promises

2021 has started a little bumpier than we’d all hoped. When the third lockdown was announced only four days into the year, it would’ve been easy to panic about what lay ahead.

Of course, it makes sense to be cautious with things changing so rapidly. But only a month and a half into the new year, here at Elite Fasteners we’re filled with optimism about what we have planned to deliver the fasteners and fixings to help your business go from strength to strength.

An easier way for you to browse and buy

In autumn 2020, we proudly launched our brand-new website. It’s focussed on easy navigation for you, the customer, so you can browse our product range and find the ideal fastener or fixing for your project straight away.

You’ll also find links to our technical downloads and certifications, as well as our full catalogues so you can access our latest product information with ease. Of course, our experienced team are always on hand to support and advise you, so you’ll find quick and easy ways to get in touch.

Moving on to even bigger and better things

After over a decade in business, our team has kept growing and growing. With that, it’s time for us to move to bigger premises. We’ll admit it been a slower relocation than we’d hoped thanks to COVID-restrictions (though keeping our team safe is always our priority). Yet soon we’ll begin to operate from our new facilities. This large site will mean we can add even more valued members to our team and expand our operations. For you, that means more products with even greater support.

Our new offices are based on Kingsway South, just round the corner from where we’re currently based. That means you don’t need to worry about any additional disruption if you come to visit us (once you can!). What’s more, our existing contact details are still correct, so please don’t hesitate to use them to get in touch with our team. We’re always here to help.

Keeping stock levels high and supply times fast

It’s important that we learn from our challenges. But it’s also valuable to take time to reflect on the successes of 2020. One success for us is our commitment to you, our customers.

Making sure we do all we can to support our customers is our unwavering priority here at Elite Fasteners. When the COVID-19 crisis hit, there was no exception, and we worked hard to keep our supply going during the pandemic. It was important to us that the products you needed were here for you, despite the challenges in the world around us. We’re so proud that our team pulled together and kept things moving along.

If we can get through 2020 without disrupting our high stock and supply levels, then we’ve no doubt that 2021 will see us continue to succeed. And we’re off to a great start! With our expertise, experience of weathering hard times, and brand new website and premises, we’re on track to deliver an even wider variety of fixings, fasteners and more into the construction industry.

No doubt everyone agrees that 2020 is a year we’re glad we’ve said goodbye to. It was certainly a challenging one and, like all businesses, here at Elite Fasteners we faced some tough tests. Yet we’re thrilled to say last year was one filled mainly with successes for our brilliant team and, if the first six weeks are to go by, we’re already shaping up for a great 2021.
