We are pleased to be able to announce that Elite Fasteners are now ISO 9001 certified.

The ISO 9001 quality management system ensures that we meet customer needs within statutory and regulatory requirements related to our products or services.

Our teams have invested a lot of time and resources into ensuring our systems and processes were inline with the standard and we were delighted when it was confirmed that we have received the accreditation.

Quality has always been important to us at Elite Fasteners and all our employees strive to meet the highest expectations in this regard. We understand the importance of having robust systems in place that in turn improves our customer service levels and provides customer satisfaction.
The accreditation also ensures that we are constantly efficient, ensuring that you receive your products and services on time. We already have established and dependable methods in place for calculating and managing lead times.

Accreditation doesn’t stop there. Now we have the certification of course we will continue to improve, update our systems and processes, and adapt in line with our business growth and economic change going forward. Having systems in place ensures that we are efficient as a business and processes are streamlined as much as possible. The certification lasts for three years and during this time we work with the BSI to ensure we remain compliant.
