A Year in View

It’s been a great start to 2023 and we are looking forward to bringing you plenty of news, developments, product news and innovation throughout the year ahead.

To us at Elite Fasteners, offering you a high quality and efficient service to deliver the very best fixings and fasteners available is extremely important to us. We personally try to ensure that every aspect of your customer journey with us is a good one.

That is why we want to share our information with you, for potential customers, returning customers and those who are looking to find out a little bit more about us. Here’s a look back at last year to recap on what developments have been happening here at Elite Fasteners and what updates we have shared.

Early in the year we reviewed the wide range of technical literature and product brochures that were available to you, that included the 2021/2022 brochure. Watch out for the release of our new brochure for 2023 which will be coming soon. You can download the existing product catalogue here.

We re-capped on the latest projects that used our specialist fixings and fasteners including the expansive Amazon warehouse at Littlebrook that required powder coatings to fixings to match the colour scheme used on this project. Fixings that match the panel colours exactly helps to provide the high quality finish to a project of this scale. It’s the detail that matters and can make all the difference to the end result of a any new build or refurbishment.

Early in the summer we received accreditation for our CPD seminar which conforms to continuing professional development principles.

It is aimed at designers wanting to learn about what fixings and fasteners are available to the building envelope market, paying particular attention to the criteria required for selecting correct and safe products. It is a suitable seminar for any professionals wishing to expand their knowledge and understanding of fixings and fasteners used within the building envelope market. By the end of the summer, we were pleased to announce that we had achieved ISO 9001 accreditation. Quality has always been important to us at Elite Fasteners and all our employees strive to meet the highest expectations in this regard. We understand the importance of having robust systems in place that in turn improves our customer service levels and provides customer satisfaction.

The accreditation also ensures that we are constantly efficient, ensuring that you receive your products and services on time. We already have established and dependable methods in place for calculating and managing lead times.
